A public restroom in any commercial building is very important. This small business in Riverside California had more than one leak in the public restroom causing major structural damage. The leak seemed to be going on for some time before it was noticed by management. As you can see in the before photo the support beams were starting to rot away and needed to be removed completely along with much debris from the crawlspace to properly assess and repair the damage. In the after photo you can see the new support beams that were placed after the plumbing repairs were made. Air movers were placed to completely dry out the area and prevent any future damage.
