Refridgerator Malfunction = Water Damage & Mold

This is an example of how a small problem can turn into a huge problem if left unchecked. A small leak from the water line to the fridge was unnoticed until the carpet showed signs of moister in the form of a small puddle of water in the corner of the tile and carpet. By the time this was noticed the mold had begun to grow in the wall behind the fridge and was removed. The before photo shows the mold growth and some of the affected material that was removed. With proper dry out the tile and carpet was saved "Like it never even happened."
