Water Restoration

The bathroom has the highest risk of water damage in the entire home due to the  amount of water running through it. As seen here a small leak under the sink went unnoticed for some time untill the homeowners noticed a musty smell they could not get rid of. Upon inspection mold was found in the cabinets and under the tile. SERVPRO of East Riverside came in and removed the damaged tile, mold in the flooring and the cabinets and dried the area to prevent further mold growth. AS shown in the after photo new tile was out in along with new counter top now it's "Like it never even happened."
