Poly High School Boys Restroom

SERVPRO of East Riverside City has been working with the Riverside Unified School District for some years now in the upkeep and remediation of school property from water and mold damage. 

While doing some repairs to the boys restroom at Poly High School in Riverside mold and rotten wood was found under the urinals. As you can see in the before picture the wood is severely damaged.

SERVPRO of East Riverside City was called out to remediate the mold and make it safe for use by students and faculty alike. The entire floor was removed along with several feet of drywall, shown in after picture. It will take a few weeks for all the mold and affected material to be removed and cleaned before the reconstruction can begin. Once school is back in session it will be "Like it never even happened."
