Upstairs bathroom sink leak

A broken water valve caused a leak in the upstairs bathroom in two story home in Riverside, causing major damage to both the second and first level of the home. As you can see in the before photo, the ceiling is bubbling and the dry wall on shows discoloring from the water that dripped down. Most flooring needed to be removed, drywall and the ceiling in the dinning room, as shown in the after photo. Thankfully SERVPRO of East Riverside City was there to clean up the mess and with quick response stopped the growth of mold so it would be "Like it never even happened."
