Washer Overflow = New Kitchen

Imagine coming home to water dripping from the upstairs apartment into your kitchen and laundry room. What would you do? That's exactly what happened to this young couple in Anaheim California. Their upstairs neighbor's washer overflowed causing major damage to both apartments. As you can see in the before picture SERVPRO of East Riverside City was on sight to help mitigate the damage and dry out what we could.

The kitchen walls were able to be dried in place (saved using drying equipment avoiding removing the drywall) but the flooring and dry wall in the laundry room needed to be removed. Not shown is the ceiling, which obviously had damage, not only above the kitchen and laundry room but into  the living room area as well. The lighting and drywall on the ceiling also needed to be replaced due to the damage. 

Our team treats your belongings like they are our own. We carefully packed all the belongs, including the furniture and stored them in a safe location while the work was being completed. After the remediation and remodel was complete our team returned to replace all the belongings for the home owners, because you have enough to worry about then have to move back into your home after such a long stressful process.
