Faulty Valve = Big Mess

A faulty water valve causing the master bathroom to flood and sent water into the master bedroom. The bathroom vanity and flooring needed to be removed to properly dry out the area. Water is hard to see to the naked eye, unless the wall is starting to crumble. That's why you call in the professionals to test the moisture levels within the effected area. In the after photo you can see the exposed wall after the vanity was removed to properly dry out the wall. The homeowner was extremely happy with our team and has already called us back to help with other areas of the home.
